•  The Nexia™ Home Intelligence system allows you to monitor and control the temperature in your home via most web-enabled cell phones, computers and tablets. For added convenience and total home automation, Nexia allows you to remotely turn your lights, appliances and wireless keypad locks on and off.

A:Nexia Home Intelligence is a home automation system that, when paired with an American Standard AccuLink Platinum ZV Control or AccuLink Remote Control, makes it possible to manage your home’s HVAC system, locks, lights, security and more by computer or most web-enabled cell phones.


Q:How does the Nexia™ Home Intelligence system work?

A:Nexia works through Z-Wave technology. Z-Wave devices communicate wirelessly with each other and with the Nexia Bridge. The Bridge plugs into your router to connect to your Broadband Internet. Use the Nexia mobile app or your online Nexia subscription to control your AccuLink™ Platinum XV and AccuLink™ Remote Controls and other Nexia (Z-Wave-based) devices in your home.

A:Z-Wave is a next-generation wireless ecosystem that lets all your home electronics and other home hardware talk to each other. Q:How can I upgrade my AccuLink™ Platinum ZV Control software?

A:Upgrading the software on your AccuLink control will allow you to take advantage of the latest features and system enhancements. An SD memory card with 80 MB of free memory and a computer with an SD card reader is required to complete the upgrade process. Update software now.

It never fails to happen on Friday night but in the middle of a tropical storm is just nasty. yes my a\c decided to act up and we shut it down in the middle of the night. We called Ainsworth early Saturday morning hoping to just get on the call list for Monday. Craig called back in just minutes and came out in the pouring rain to trouble shoot the unit. We were back in the cool in a little while. I can't say enough about these people, I guess that's why we've been using them for over thirty years.If you needs professionally that you can count on, Ainsworth is your guy.

I have done business with these guys for years, usually them bringing me their trucks to be repaired. I called Craig though and told him I had a heater not working and he said he would have someone out the next day even though they were very busy at the time. Well they came out and found that it was just a small issue and instead of lying and charging a ton of money like every other AC company I have ever used they fixed it and barley charged me anything. I want to thank Craig and his team for taking care of me fairly and honestly. I would suggest them to anyone needing home AC or heating repair.

I have used Ainsworth Air Conditioning with Craig and his team since the late 1990's in 2 different homes. Prompt, excellent service and pricing, highly knowledgeable, and most important HONEST. I had a frozen line last week and it made the freon seem that it was very low. After he worked on the line to unfreeze it, changing filters and totally going thru both units, he felt it best to wait 48hrs to recheck the lines, I expected his team to have to add several pounds of freon. He checked it and said the freon was not necessary, in fact it had a bit extra. I would have never questioned paying for the freon, in the end I was only charged the service call, for all he did and extra trip to recheck the lines. I recommend Ainsworth Air Conditioning to all, you will be glad you called them. Thank you, Craig & Colt for your outstanding service once again. Sincerely, Theresa & James H.
